Siobhan McDonald is an artist primarily working in paint and drawing media. Her work explores the themes of Memory, Privacy, and Time. She received an MEd. from Endicott College and a BFA from Montserrat College of Art (both schools in Massachusetts).

She was awarded a John James Audubon scholar in residence at Indiana University from the National Endowment for the Arts. She has also participated in summer programs at Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), Moore College of Art (Philadelphia), Kansas City Art Institute, and the Columbus College of Art and Design (Ohio).

She currently sits on the Board of the Massachusetts Art Education Association. She was a member of the Education Advisory Board at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston for four years (2013-2017).
